By accessing this website or engaging Atlantic Digital Safety ("we," "us," or "our") for services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Services Provided

We provide digital safety consulting, workflow automation, and fractional LMS administration. Our services are advisory in nature. While we assist with regulatory compliance workflows (e.g., OHS, WHMIS), we are not a law firm or a government safety inspector.

2. No Guarantee of Compliance

Our role is to configure and maintain tools to help you manage your safety data. The ultimate responsibility for workplace safety, legal compliance, and passing government audits remains with you, the Client.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law in New Brunswick, Atlantic Digital Safety shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website, software configurations, or advice.

4. Third-Party Tools

We configure third-party software and digital tools using 3rd party services. We are not responsible for downtime, data loss, or service changes caused by these third-party providers.

These terms are governed by the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
